Shipping policy

USPS Ground Advantage, First Class, Priority and Express are used to mail all packages. All packages include tracking with upgrade options. International orders are accepted but buyer is responsible for all custom fees.

Note about lost in the mail orders: Please check your apartment lobby and local post office before you determine your package is lost. Often, Mail delivery people will leave packages in unusual places when the package is bigger in size then typical letters. They could also hold your package at the local post office if they can't determine a safe place to leave your package.

When possible, multiple item orders that can fit into flat rate USPS mailers will be upgraded to priority shipping at no additional charge to you.
